Are you passionate about fitness and have a knack for creating welcoming experiences? As a Front Desk team member at Rite, you’ll be the first point of contact for our members, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported every step of the way.
Your Key Tasks:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, making clients feel welcome and supported every step of the way
- Ensure the studio remains clean and organized
- Greet, assist, and check in members, making every interaction seamless and enjoyable
- Inform clients about studio promotions, discounts, and special events.
- Work closely with colleagues to maintain smooth and efficient operations
- Be ready for shifts that may include early mornings or evenings, depending on studio hours
- Handle restocking, studio setups, and day-to-day tasks with efficiency
