Apply to join the Rite Academy, where you’ll dive deep into the art of indoor cycling, immerse yourself in our signature experience, and master the skills to become a standout coach. ‍

What we’re looking for in you? 

• You have a flexible schedule. We are looking for availability during the day, evening and also on weekends (as an instructor, not just during training). 
• You can teach a minimum of 6 classes per week (e.g. Monday 7:00+8:00, Thursday 17:30+18:30, Saturday 11:00+12:00)
• You’re driven, motivational, and ready to create an environment that challenges and uplifts our community. 
• You bring energy, expertise, and a love for helping others achieve their goals. ‍

What does the training program look like?

‍The academy takes place in Antwerp. This is more than just training - you’ll embark on an immersive experience with 8 sessions guided by our Head Coach. The Academy culminates in a dynamic 45-minute showcase where you’ll demonstrate your expertise.

The academy will run in the afternoon, from 13:30 until 16:30 on the following dates (it’s mandatory to attend every session) : 

• April 10
• April 17 
• April 24
• May 1
• May 8 
• May 15
• May 22
• May 29
