TNSE Studios, located at Lange Lozanastraat 190, 2018 Antwerp, Belgium is responsible for the processing of personal data as provided for in this privacy statement.
These General Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the contractual relationship between TNSE Studios, registered under KVK 0767.632.462 (hereinafter “RITE STUDIOS”), and its clients (the “Clients”).
The Terms apply to all services, memberships, products, offers, bookings, contracts and invoices provided or issued by RITE STUDIOS, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. Only these Terms and the applicable General Terms of Use of RITE STUDIOS apply. Any other conditions, including those of the Client, are expressly excluded, regardless of any prior written or oral communication.
By purchasing or booking any product or service from RITE STUDIOS, the Client confirms having read, understood and accepted these Terms without reservation.
RITE STUDIOS reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, without prior notice, in order to comply with legal requirements or to improve its services. The version in force at the time of purchase or booking shall apply. It is the Client’s responsibility to review the applicable Terms before entering into any agreement.

RITE STUDIOS offers the possibility to purchase products and services via the website https://www.rite-studios.com/shop (the “Website”), via the RITE STUDIOS application (the “Application”) or at the front desk at any of RITE STUDIOS’ locations.
All purchases are subject to availability and acceptance by RITE STUDIOS. RITE STUDIOS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of technical errors, incorrect pricing, suspected misuse, fraud or non-compliance with these Terms.
RITE STUDIOS offers different pricing options, including credit packages and memberships as displayed on the Website under the “Pricing” section.
RITE STUDIOS operates with a credit-based system:
Credits grant access to a limited number of sessions depending on the package purchased. Credits are personal, non-transferable and may be subject to a validity period as specified at the time of purchase.
The activation date of credits is the date of purchase. Unused credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
RITE STUDIOS offers memberships, including:
Memberships grant access to eligible services during the validity period. Memberships are billed in cycles of four (4) weeks. Commitment durations may vary (e.g. 4, 26 or 52 weeks), and pricing depends on the selected duration.
The activation date of an unlimited membership is the date of purchase and successful payment, unless a later fixed start date is explicitly communicated.
Memberships automatically renew every four (4) weeks after the initial commitment period, unless valid notice of termination is given in accordance with the communicated conditions.
Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
Clients holding an unlimited membership are entitled to one (1) membership freeze per membership period, subject to the conditions set out below.
By way of example:
If a Client commits to a 6-month membership and requests a 1-month freeze, the total duration of the membership will be extended to 7 months, of which one month is inactive.
Freeze requests must be submitted in advance and are subject to approval by RITE STUDIOS. Freeze periods cannot be retroactively applied.
Short-term memberships and promotional memberships may be excluded from freeze options, as communicated at the time of purchase.
Gift cards
Gift cards can be redeemed for credits but are not valid for memberships. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards have a limited validity of 12 months, starting from the day of purchase.

Promotional offers may be subject to specific terms, conditions or validity periods, which will be communicated at the time of the offer.
RITE STUDIOS may offer tailor-made solutions to corporate clients or individuals. Pricing for such solutions is not published on the Website and will be communicated directly to the Client.
All purchases are definitive. RITE STUDIOS does not offer refunds for unused credits, missed sessions, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
Clients must be at least 16 years of age to register and attend sessions. Clients under sixteen (16) years of age may attend sessions only if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
All offers are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise. Pricing options and formulas may change over time.
An agreement is concluded once RITE STUDIOS has sent a confirmation email following an online purchase. Clients are advised to retain this confirmation email.
Any inaccuracies in the confirmation email must be reported in writing within eight (8) days of receipt.
Prices are expressed in EUR and include VAT.
Payment must be completed at the time of purchase unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
Memberships involving recurring payments are automatically renewed unless terminated in accordance with the applicable conditions. Clients authorize RITE STUDIOS to collect recurring payments using the agreed payment method.
It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available. In case of failed payments or chargebacks, RITE STUDIOS reserves the right to:
Access may be restored once outstanding amounts are settled. Any bank fees remain the responsibility of the Client.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
The activation date of credits is the date of purchase.
After the expiration date, any remaining credits automatically expire and can no longer be used, refunded or extended.
RITE STUDIOS offers a special intro pack exclusively for first-time users.
Intro packs are valid for a period of one (1) month from the activation date, unless stated otherwise. Intro packs are strictly limited to one per Client and are non-refundable and non-extendable.
After the expiration date, any unused credits included in the intro pack are forfeited and can no longer be used.
For online purchases, Clients have the right to withdraw from the agreement within fourteen (14) days, without giving any reason, unless:

Sessions must be booked in advance via the Website or Application. Booking limits and waitlists may apply.
A booking remains valid until ten (10) minutes before the session starts. Failure to check in may result in loss of the booking.
Cancellations must be made via the Website or Application at least ten (10) hours before the start of the session.
Late cancellations and no-shows result in:
No-shows are subject to a zero-tolerance policy.
For OPEN GYM, clients must check in upon arrival using the QR code available in the Application, for group classes, check-in is performed via the front desk staff.
Accounts and memberships are strictly personal. Account sharing is prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund.
Membership suspensions may be granted under conditions defined by RITE STUDIOS, including limitations on frequency and duration.
Medical suspensions require a valid doctor’s note.
To ensure fair access for all Clients, membership holders may book a maximum of two (2) group classes per day, regardless of class type or studio location.
This limitation applies only to group classes.
Open Gym access does not require class bookings and is not subject to the two-class-per-day limitation.
RITE STUDIOS reserves the right to adjust usage limitations at any time to ensure operational efficiency and fair use.
Clients must comply with studio rules (see the House rules), safety instructions and directions from staff.
RITE STUDIOS is not responsible for loss, theft or damage of personal belongings.
Lockers must be emptied after use. Lost items are kept for fourteen (14) days, after which they may be donated to OCMW.
Clients participate at their own risk. RITE STUDIOS cannot be held liable except in cases of gross negligence, fraud or personal injury directly caused by RITE STUDIOS.
By attending sessions, clients confirm they are medically fit to participate and waive any claims to the extent permitted by law.
Pregnancy: Participation in classes and use of the facilities during pregnancy is at the Client’s own risk. From twenty (20) weeks of pregnancy onward, participation is no longer permitted. Prior to twenty (20) weeks, participation is only allowed with explicit approval from a medical professional.
Personal data are processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and RITE STUDIOS’ Privacy Policy.
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to force majeure. If force majeure lasts longer than ninety (90) days, either party may terminate the agreement without compensation.
Memberships are personal and non-transferable. Any breach may result in immediate termination without refund.
These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
