BIKE is a fun, sweaty, and effective 45-minute indoor cycling workout that engages your entire body.
Set to candlelight and fueled by epic beats, it’s designed to take your mind off everything while pushing your limits.
Whether it’s your first time on a bike or you’re a seasoned athlete, you’ll feel your heart rate rise as you power through a series of resistance drills that challenge both legs, core, and upper body. Bike shoes are required for this class and will be provided by our front desk team when you check in.

To join the RITE, you’ll need either CREDITS or a MEMBERSHIP. When using CREDITS, each workout requires a different number of credits. With our UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIPS you won't have to use credits, you can come as much as you want.
