BIKE is an effective, sweaty and fun 45 min workout that takes your mind off everything. The full body workout is set to candlelight and is fueled by epic beats. Whether this is your first time on a bike or you are a seasoned athlete, this workout will make your heart rate rise as you grind through different series of resistance.

We start the workout with a little stretch and a motivational speech from your instructor, after which we give ourselves over to the music. You train your upper body through handlebar push-ups and exercises with the hand weights (don’t worry, you get to pick the weights). We will finish with a well deserved head-to-toe stretch.
Whether afterwards you go to work, or to a dinner with friends, we promise you one thing, you will feel completely revitalised and energised.
