We’re on the lookout for passionate individuals who thrive in group fitness and rhythm. Got a passion for REFORM and feel you’ve got what it takes to become a coach? Apply to join the Rite Academy, where you’ll dive deep into the REFORM philosophy, refine your teaching skills, and expand your fitness knowledge. ‍

What we’re looking for in you? 

• You have a flexible schedule. We are looking for availability during the day, evening and also on weekends (as an instructor, not just during training). 
• You can teach a minimum of 6 classes per week (e.g. Monday 09:00+10:00, Thursday 17:00+18:00, Saturday 11:00+12:00). 
• You’re driven, motivational, and ready to create an environment that challenges and uplifts our community

What does the training program look like?  The academy takes place in Ghent. This is more than just training— over 10 weeks, you’ll embark on an immersive experience with 11 sessions guided by our Head Coach & 40+ hours self-study. The Academy culminates in a dynamic 50-minute showcase where you’ll demonstrate your expertise. ‍

The academy will run in the afternoon on the following dates (it’s mandatory to attend every session) :

• April 9 
• April 16
• April 23
• April 30
• May 7
• May 14
